The New Jersey Speech-Language Hearing Association commends state officials for designating the third week of May as "New Jersey Early Intervention Week". The Department of Health and Senior Services' Early Intervention Program is mandated to find, evaluate and, with the input of families, provide services and support to children with developmental delays, from birth to age three.
