Strategic Objective

Develop and deliver high-quality, evidence-based continuing education opportunities that advance the knowledge, clinical skills, and professional growth of speech-language pathologists and audiologists in New Jersey. The committee will expand access to relevant, inclusive, and innovative learning experiences by assessing member needs, fostering partnerships with subject matter experts, and ensuring educational offerings align with current best practices and licensure requirements.

Goals

1. Promote inclusive programming that serves clinicians across practice settings, career stages, and specialty areas.
2. Conduct an annual member needs assessment to identify priority topics and preferred learning formats.
3. Establish new collaborations with recognized experts, academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and interdisciplinary partners to broaden educational offerings.
