Refund Policy:

Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to an event in writing or by email. After that, no refund will be issued. Credits may be issued to be used for future event registrations. No-shows will not result in credit for a future event.

PO and Check payments:

PO payments must be completed within 90 days of the event. Payments not received within 90 days are subject to a 10% penalty.  Future purchase orders will not be accepted until event payments are completed.
