It was installed this past July at the Caitlin Nelson Memorial Park at the Clark Recreation Center/Clark Preschool. The Communication Board was unveiled with representatives from NJSHA, NJCART, Clark Recreation, Clark Board of Education and Town Council, and the Mayor of Clark in attendance. The scouts also developed a video in which they demonstrate ways the Playground Board can be used. The QR code on the Board provides a link for people to view the video. Congratulations to Scout Leader and Speech/Language Pathologist Leigh Anne Jadro and her troop for their perseverance and innovative accomplishment in advancing awareness of AAC, and demonstrating AAC in Action! |
